Gravity
Casting
Gravity Casting
- Gravity casting is the most basic process of pouring molten
aluminum into a mold; this uses gravity to fill the mold. It
features a very reasonable production cost and is a good method
for casting designs when reducing weight is not a concern. Since
the process relies on gravity to fill the mold, the aluminum is
not as densely packed in the mold as some other casting
processes.
Material
use: 356.0, 369, LM25, AlSi7Mg,
as customer's specification
Weight
range: 0.10kg-50kg
Low Pressure Casting
Low Pressure Casting - Low pressure casting uses a positive pressure to
move the molten material into the mold quicker and achieve a
finished product that has improved mechanical properties (more
dense) over a gravity cast piece. Low pressure casting carries a
slightly higher production cost over gravity casting. Higher
pressure casting can result in a lighter and stronger piece, but
there is a higher cost associated with it.

Weight
range: 2kg-50kg
Sand
Casting
Sand casting is
a process in which molten metal is poured into a sand mold,
created by a pattern, to make a metal part. The sand cast
process has been in existence for hundreds of years, and is very
well suited for lower volume applications.
Material
use: HT300,
HT250, HT200, HT150, HT100, GG40, GG35, GG30, GG25,
GG20, GG15, Brass
Weight
range: 0.1kg-80kg
Machined Products
& Turned Parts
Machined products and turned parts are
made on automated lathes which can quickly mass-produce parts from
bars of raw stock. A screw machine uses cutting methods similar to
that of a lathe but is highly automated. Screw machine products
and turned parts are typically used to produce mid to high-volume,
low-cost parts.
Machined products are used
in various industries and products from computers and military
communications to automotive and medical devices.
Material:
aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass,
bronze, and various plastic. etc.
Metal Stampings
Metal stamping is the manufacturing process whereby a metal
stamping die or a set of metal stamping dies is used to form sheet
metal blanks into a three dimensional shape.
Metal
stamping is applicable to many industries like
automotives, computers, electrical, aerospace, etc
Material:
aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass,
bronze, etc
